How the ten are counted
A customer link is one project you open for one customer. It counts the moment the customer opens it for the first time. After that the two of you send as many versions through it as you like. No clock runs on it: if the next consultation is three weeks out, the link waits that long.
While the beta runs
During the beta nothing is counted and nothing is charged. When billing arrives, we tell you four weeks ahead by mail. The price you see today stays yours, even if we charge new studios differently.
What gets asked about this
Do I need a credit card to start?
You set up the studio with your email address and get a login link. Envis asks for payment details once you go past the ten customers.
What happens after the tenth customer?
Your projects stay as they are and the open links keep working. For the eleventh customer Envis asks for the subscription.
Is the price per artist?
The price is per studio. Working alone or with five others makes no difference to it.
Net or gross?
29 euros net, VAT comes on top. The invoice goes to your studio and carries your VAT number if you enter one.
Can I stop again?
Cancel monthly. You can save the images from your projects any time, the customer links stop along with the subscription.
